Reflect on a time when you challenged a belief or idea. We forget what truly motivates us to live and what truly drives us to reach a greater goal.

Too often, we become too caught up in our everyday mundane routines that we forget, or perhaps, never truly see what our purpose is.

She’s told me she chose her career because she was skilled at the craft, not because she had true passion for it.

She was raised to believe that in order to survive in this world, you needed money, and in order to earn money, you needed a well paying job.

They believed that the Bible has all the answers to life's questions.

One sample of Puritan literature that supports this idea is the New England Primer, which is a book that the parents used to teach their children at a young age.

If one looks deeper into puritan meditations they will find that these people were not just uptight people.

Stereotypes that we have can be easily altered by actually reading Puritan literature.
